01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Statifly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and HFB Studioz ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of Statifly.

02 App Description

Statifly is a free, ad-supported Android utility application that provides the following features:

• Status Saver — View and save WhatsApp & WhatsApp Business status updates (images and videos) to your device.
• Vault — Organise saved statuses into folders with search functionality.
• Creator — Create custom status images with text, stickers, backgrounds, and camera capture.
• Elevate — Create product showcase reels from your gallery images with customisable templates.
• Share Import — Receive images, videos, and links shared from other apps, with link preview resolution and save-to-vault functionality.
• Backup & Restore — Create encrypted backup archives of your statuses and restore them on the same device.
• Storage Manager — Monitor and manage the app's disk usage across cache, saved, and created statuses.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Statifly. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

04 License & Usage

4.1 — Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use Statifly on your personal Android device(s), strictly in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 — Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, or rent the App to any third party.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.

05 User Content

5.1 — Your Content

Statifly allows you to save, create, and manage media content on your device. You retain full ownership of any content you create, save, or import using the App. We do not claim any rights over your content.

5.2 — Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you save, create, share, or export using Statifly. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the necessary rights or permissions to use, save, and share the content.
• Your use of the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5.3 — Local Storage

All user content is stored locally on your device. We do not upload, access, or store your content on any server. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content.

06 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Statifly to:

• 🚫 Save, distribute, or share content that you do not have the right to use.
• 🚫 Infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others.
• 🚫 Stalk, harass, or harm another individual using saved content.
• 🚫 Distribute illegal, obscene, or harmful material.
• 🚫 Circumvent any digital rights management or access controls.
• 🚫 Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App's functionality.

07 WhatsApp Content & Third-Party IP

7.1 — No Affiliation

Statifly is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. "WhatsApp" and "WhatsApp Business" are trademarks of WhatsApp LLC.

7.2 — Status Content Ownership

WhatsApp status updates are content created and shared by WhatsApp users. The original creators retain all rights to their content. By using Statifly to save statuses, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for ensuring that saving and using such content complies with applicable laws and the content creator's rights.
• Statifly is a tool — it does not grant you any rights to third-party content.
• You should respect the privacy and intellectual property of status creators.

7.3 — WhatsApp Terms

Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for any violations of WhatsApp's terms resulting from your use of Statifly.

08 Third-Party Services

Statifly integrates the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics — Anonymised usage analytics provided by Google.
• Firebase Crashlytics — Anonymised crash reporting provided by Google.
• Firebase Remote Config — Feature configuration service provided by Google.
• Google AdMob — Advertising provided by Google to support the free App.
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — Ad-consent management where required.

These services are governed by Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

8.1 — Link Preview Resolution

When you share a URL into Statifly (e.g. from Instagram or a browser), the App may fetch Open Graph metadata (title, preview image) from that URL to display a preview. This is a direct connection from your device to the linked website — we do not proxy or log these requests.

8.2 — Advertising

Statifly is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ad formats may include banner, native, interstitial, app-open, and rewarded ads. By using the App you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ads are supplied by Google and third-party advertisers. We do not create, endorse, or control ad content and are not responsible for it or for any third-party site or offer an ad links to.
• Certain optional features (for example, recovering an expired status or unlocking premium reel templates) may offer a rewarded ad as an optional way to access them. Watching is always your choice, and these features are never withheld solely because an ad is unavailable.
• You must not interfere with, block, modify, automate, or artificially or repeatedly interact with ads (including generating invalid clicks or impressions). Such activity may result in termination of your access.
• How advertising data (such as your Advertising ID) is handled, and your consent and opt-out choices, are described in our Privacy Policy.

09 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, user interface, graphics, icons, and branding, is the intellectual property of HFB Studioz and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The Statifly name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of HFB Studioz. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

10 Disclaimers

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Availability — We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• Compatibility — WhatsApp may change its file storage structure at any time, which could affect the App's status-saving functionality. We will endeavour to update the App but cannot guarantee immediate compatibility.
• Data Integrity — While we take care to ensure your data is handled safely, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, OS updates, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Backup Encryption — Backup files are encrypted with device-bound keys. If you reset your device, backups created on the old device may become unrecoverable.
• Content Accuracy — We make no guarantees about the accuracy or quality of link previews, Open Graph metadata, or media content fetched from third-party URLs.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HFB Studioz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, content, or media files.
• Loss of revenue or profits arising from the use of the App.
• Damage resulting from unauthorised access to your device or stored content.
• Any claims arising from third-party content saved, created, or shared using the App.
• Service interruptions caused by WhatsApp or Android OS changes.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is free).

12 Termination

You may stop using Statifly at any time by uninstalling the App. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored app data (cache, saved statuses, created statuses, database, and preferences) will be permanently deleted by the Android operating system.

We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, without prior notice or liability.

Backup files stored in your Downloads folder will persist after uninstallation and must be manually deleted if desired.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will endeavour to provide notice through the App or via our Google Play listing.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
